Standard Cancellation Policy
At Stayurelle, we understand that plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring we can accommodate all our guests efficiently.
Standard Reservations
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in: Reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in: A fee equivalent to one night's stay will be charged.
- No-shows: If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notification, a fee equivalent to the full reservation amount may be charged.
Group Bookings (5+ rooms)
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in: Group reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in time.
- Cancellations 3-7 days before check-in: A fee equivalent to 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
- Cancellations within 3 days of check-in: A fee equivalent to 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Special Events and Peak Seasons
During special events, holidays, and peak seasons, different cancellation policies may apply. These terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and in your reservation confirmation.
- Non-refundable rates: Some promotional rates may be non-refundable and require full payment at the time of booking.
- Extended cancellation periods: For certain dates, the cancellation period may be extended to 72 hours or more before check-in.
Modification of Reservations
Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and potential rate changes:
- Date changes: Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.
- Length of stay: Shortening your stay within the cancellation period may result in cancellation fees.
- Room type changes: Changes to room types are subject to availability and potential rate differences.
Special Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. In cases of:
- Illness or medical emergency: With proper documentation, we may waive cancellation fees.
- Natural disasters or severe weather: Cancellation policies may be adjusted in case of severe weather events or natural disasters that prevent travel.
- Travel restrictions: Official government travel restrictions may qualify for fee waivers.

Refund Processing
